3. Services SwapFast provides a decentralized platform for cross-chain asset transfers, decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregation, and other decentralized finance (DeFi) services. The Services include, but are not limited to, the SwapFast Bridge, DEX Aggregator, staking mechanisms, and governance features.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to use SwapFast in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for securing your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and passwords. SwapFast will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.

• Engaging in any form of market manipulation or fraudulent activity.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Risk Disclosure Using decentralized finance platforms involves significant risks, including but not limited to market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory uncertainties. Intellectual Property All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SwapFast or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 9. 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwapFast operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which SwapFast operates. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

14. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SwapFast regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
